Our Worth

 

Many of us go through periods when we forget about or fail to appreciate our real value or worth to the world.  Like George Bailey in "It's a Wonderful Life," we may even have lapses of judgment when we think the world would be better off without us. Not so!

None of us may ever realize our vital importance or worth.  As Angel Clarence so wisely observes, "Each man's life touches so many other lives. When he isn't around he leaves an awful hole, doesn't he?"

To paraphrase Jesus, you are much more important than you can ever realize.
