IMPORTANCE OF SMALL THINGS - Forty-five years ago, when I commenced preparing for Christian ministry, I, like many young theological students, had dreams of doing great things and leaving big marks on the world. Now, looking back over the past 45 years, I realize that those big dreams never came to pass. But hopefully, I was able to touch a lot of lives via small things done through love. As Mother Teresa reminds us, most people of the world cannot accomplish great things. Most of us will have to settle for touching others - through love - in small ways.
